Welcome to the IPRO Clinical Data Portal. IPRO, one of the nation's largest independent, not-for-profit health care consulting organizations, is a Bridges to Excellence® Performance Assessment Organization (PAO). This secure Web site enables the transfer of data required for BTE quality measurement and performance assessment. Returning users should log in to enter data for performance assessment. New users may register for a new account. Registration is free, although assessments require a processing fee of $95 per individual assessment and $295 per group practice assessment of three or more clinicians.

Bridges to Excellence is a not-for-profit organization developed by employers, clinicians, health care services, researchers, and other industry experts with a mission to create significant leaps in the quality of care by recognizing and rewarding health care providers who demonstrate that they have implemented comprehensive solutions in the management of patients and deliver safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and patient-centered care.

In order to achieve BTE Recognition, and potentially receive incentives, clinicians must demonstrate that they have adopted better systems of care that result in good outcomes for patients. Assessment of the clinical data is administered by a national BTE Performance Assessment Organization, such as IPRO.

Clinicians and practices have the following options to submit data for assessment:

• Automated data submission through electronic data vendor: BTE is working with many EMR, registry and decisions support tool vendors to submit electronic medical record data for BTE performance assessment. For more information and a list of vendors currently working with BTE, please visit BTE's Web site.
• Direct data submission: Clinicians that are not on an electronic system currently working with BTE (or are not yet live for a specific BTE program) can submit data directly to IPRO for BTE assessment through this portal.

IPRO currently offers the following BTE Recognition Programs to clinicians wishing to participate through direct data submission:

• Cardiac Recognition Program
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Recognition Program
• Congestive Heart Failure Recognition Program
• Coronary Artery Disease Recognition Program
• Diabetes Recognition Program
• Hypertension Recognition Program
